HOLD

All requested holds must be received in writing. Requests must be sent to train@solacrossfit.com at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle or plan expiration date (3 month commitment end date). Holds may only be placed on a member account after the initial 3 month commitment has been completed. Memberships can not be prorated or discounted due to a hold request. SoLa CrossFit will only hold your membership if you are up to date on your monthly dues. Minimum and maximum hold duration is 30 days.
