CANCELLATION POLICY
Gym Memberships
Any adjustments to membership plans or cancellations must be received in writing. Requests must be sent to train@solacrossfit.com at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle or plan expiration date (3 month commitment end date). It is the members responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates. Memberships may not be canceled or placed on hold prior to the conclusion of the initial 3 month commitment. Memberships will not be prorated.
Personal Training & Basic Training
I understand that my trainer operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all sessions and thus requires 24 hours’ notice when I cancel/reschedule an appointment. No charges shall be levied should I cancel/reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice. Should I cancel within the 24-hour window, I will forfeit my session, and will purchase an additional session if I wish to reschedule.
