MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes to membership plans, or cancellations must be received in writing, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days in advance of the next billing cycle or plan expiration date (3 month commitment end date). It is the members responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates. If canceling prior to the plan expiration date (end of the 3 month commitment) a fee of 40% of the remaining contract balance will be incurred. We provide exceptions for moving out of state or area, injury and active duty military transfer.
PERSONAL TRAINING/BASIC TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY
All Coaches operate on a scheduled appointment basis for all sessions and thus requires 24 hours' notice when I cancel/reschedule an appointment. No charges shall be levied should you cancel/reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will forfeit your session, and will purchase an additional session if you wish to reschedule.
