Any adjustments to membership plans or cancellations must be received in writing. Requests must be sent to email@example.com at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle or plan expiration date (3 month commitment end date). It is the members responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates. Memberships may not be canceled or placed on hold prior to the conclusion of the initial 3 month commitment. Memberships will not be prorated.
