We have two Group Training methods available!

Group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Each day you’ll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Our classes lead to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun.

Group Training Classes

CrossFit

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement performed at a high intensity levels. These workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. Regardless of age, fitness level or ability our highly trained Coaches can modify any workout to meet you where you are!

HYROX

HYROX combines both running & functional movement stations. Get ready for a conditioning style workout for all ability levels which may include SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls

All of our coaches must pass a rigorous certification process before leading group classes. This ensures that you stay safe and injury-free.
