CrossFit is a constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. These workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
Level Up is non-stop, high energy interval training. This program will absolutely deliver the burn and push your limits, encouraging you to Level Up! These workouts build strength and burn fat without the barbell. Be prepared to get to work with dumbbells, kettlebells, running, rowing and bodyweight movements.
Power Hour is a HIIT style class combining strength and explosive power movements. Alternating between the two, on a 1:1 work rest ratio, you will feel the burn in this class!
Sweat & Chill
The ultimate in recovery! Combine Wim Hoff breathwork with contrast therapy to recover faster and perform better. Contrast therapy alternates temperatures between hot and cold (sauna/cold plunge) to treat various conditions while helping maintain performance. While contrast therapy is gaining momentum among athletes right now, it’s certainly not new. It’s been around, at least in some form, for hundreds of years. The use of contrast therapy is found in cultures across the world, from the traditional onsens in Japan, to plunge pools and saunas in Scandinavia, to the sweat lodges of Native American tribes.
